Kara Pfister, MS
Kara Pfister grew up in Moore, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Special Education in 1996. She has always enjoyed treating kids and adults with special needs. She got her master’s degree in Communication Disorders from Texas Women’s University in 2002 and has been a Speech-Language Pathologist since. She has treated kids and adults in various settings such as the public schools, private schools, home health, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. Kara is a certified Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist by the International Association of Orofacial Myology and has been treating my-functional disorders since 2015. She enjoys helping clients across the lifespan from toddlers to adults to speak, eat, and live with optimal oral function. In her free time, Kara enjoys traveling and spending time with her two children and husband.
